These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Oasis Pool Builders website and your engagement with our services. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
Any prices shown on this website, including "starting at" package prices, are estimates for general guidance only and are not binding quotes or offers. Starting prices reflect a standard pool of the stated size with the inclusions listed, and assume standard site conditions and access. Your final price depends on factors confirmed during an on-site visit, including but not limited to lot access, soil and slope conditions, permitting jurisdiction, selected upgrades, and design changes. A binding price is provided only in a written, signed proposal or contract. Prices, inclusions, and availability may change at any time without notice.
Design services are provided for a fee, which is quoted before work begins. If you proceed to build your pool with Oasis Pool Builders under a signed construction agreement, your design fee may be credited toward the project as described at the time of your design order. Designs, renderings, and 3D models remain subject to the terms of your design agreement. Design timelines and the number of included revisions are set out in your design order.
Construction work is performed only under a written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement, including its scope, price, payment schedule, and change-order process, governs the project and controls over any information on this website. Deposits and payments are handled as specified in your signed agreement and in accordance with California law.
Oasis Pool Builders stands behind its work. Workmanship, equipment, and structural warranties, including their terms and durations, are specified in your signed construction agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and materials are passed through to you as provided by the manufacturer. (Specific warranty terms to be finalized.)
Oasis Pool Builders is a licensed California contractor (CSLB License #1085109). We obtain required permits and engineering for contracted projects as described in your agreement.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. All content on this site, including text, images, designs, renderings, logos, and graphics, is the property of Oasis Pool Builders or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
This site may link to or use third-party services (such as financing partners, analytics, and advertising tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
